حبیب انشورنس کمپنی لمیٹڈ نے پاکستان اسٹاک ایکسچینج کو مطلع کیا ہے کہ انکم ٹیکس آرڈیننس، 2001 کے سیکشن 236Z کے تحت ودہولڈنگ ٹیکس کی ذمہ داری کے خلاف روکے گئے بقایا بونس شیئرز اب متعلقہ شیئر ہولڈرز کو ڈسپیچ/کریڈٹ کر دیے گئے ہیں۔ یہ شیئرز ان شیئر ہولڈرز کو جاری کیے گئے ہیں جنہوں نے ٹیکس ادائیگی کے مطلوبہ دستاویزی ثبوت مقررہ مدت کے اندر جمع کرائے تھے۔
کمپنی نے درخواست کی ہے کہ ٹی آر ای (TRE) سرٹیفکیٹ ہولڈرز کو اس سے آگاہ کیا جائے۔
Habib Insurance Company Limited (HICL) has informed the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) that the remaining Bonus Shares, previously withheld under Section 236Z of the Income Tax Ordinance, 2001 regarding withholding tax liabilities, have been successfully dispatched/credited to the entitled shareholders.
This follows the submission of the required documentary evidence of tax payment by the shareholders within the prescribed timeline. The company has requested that TRE Certificate Holders of the Exchange be informed accordingly.
