- گزشتہ غیر معمولی جنرل اجلاس (EOGM) کے منٹس کی منظوری۔
- 30 جون 2026 کو ختم ہونے والے سال کے لیے سالانہ آڈیٹڈ مالیاتی گوشواروں کی منظوری۔
- 30 جون 2027 کے لیے سٹوٹری آڈیٹرز کی تقرری اور ان کی فیس کا تعین۔
- چیئرمین کی اجازت سے دیگر امور۔

Dewan Cement Limited has issued a notice for its 47th Annual General Meeting (AGM) to be held on Monday, October 26, 2026, at 05:00 p.m. at the Dewan Cement Limited Factory Site, Deh Gahgar, Dhabeji, District Malir, Karachi.
Meeting Agenda
- To confirm the minutes of the preceding Extra Ordinary General Meeting held on January 26, 2026.
- To receive, consider, and adopt the annual audited financial statements for the year ended June 30, 2026.
- To appoint Statutory Auditors for the year ending June 30, 2027, and fix their remuneration.
- To consider any other business with the permission of the Chair.
Important Dates: The share transfer books of the company will remain closed from October 19, 2026, to October 26, 2026 (both days inclusive).
