Pakistan Petroleum Limited (PPL) has formally announced its 75th Annual General Meeting (AGM) to be held on Tuesday, 27th October 2026, at 11:00 AM at the Pearl Continental Hotel, Karachi, and via video link.

  • Dividend: A final cash dividend of PKR 6.00 per share (60%) for the financial year ended 30th June 2026 has been recommended.
