Mitchell's Fruit Farms Limited (MFFL) has transmitted its Annual Report and Audited Financial Statements for the year ended June 30, 2026. FY2026 marks a transformative 'Reset' year following the acquisition of a controlling stake by CCL Holding (Private) Limited on October 16, 2025, alongside fresh leadership, a brand identity refresh, and a major rights issue.

• Revenue: Recorded net revenue of PKR 2,967.5 million vs PKR 2,662.7 million previously (up 11.4%), driven by stronger commercial execution and distribution expansion.
• Gross Profit: Increased to PKR 827.1 million (FY2025: PKR 770.2 million); gross margin moderated slightly to 27.9% from 28.9%.
• Operating Result: Operating loss of PKR 13.5 million (vs operating profit of PKR 180.3 million last year), impacted by investments in organisational capabilities, marketing, and transition costs.
