- Book Closure: October 20, 2026, to October 27, 2026 (both days inclusive).
- Eligibility: Certificate holders appearing in the register at the close of business on October 19, 2026.
Investor Notes: Certificate holders must ensure valid CNIC/NTN submission to the share registrar to avoid dividend withholding under Section 243(3) of the Companies Act, 2017. Dividend mandate is mandatory for electronic payments.
