Ahmad Hassan Textile Mills Limited has announced its 37th Annual General Meeting (AGM) to be held on Wednesday, 28th October 2026, at 11:00 A.M. at the Registered Office, 46-Hassan Parwana Colony, Multan.

Key Agenda Items:

• Approval of final cash dividend of PKR 0.75 per share (7.50%) for the year ended June 30, 2026.
• Election of seven (7) directors for a three-year term.
• Appointment of auditors and fixing their remuneration.
• Consideration and adoption of audited accounts for the year ended June 30, 2026.
