Gulshan Spinning Mills Limited has issued a notice for its Annual General Meeting (AGM), scheduled to be held on Wednesday, October 28, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. at 2nd Floor, Finlay House, I.I. Chundrigar Road, Karachi.

Meeting Agenda
  • To confirm the minutes of the previous AGM.
  • To receive, consider, and adopt the audited financial statements for the year ended June 30, 2026, along with reports.
  • To appoint auditors (M/s Malik Haroon Ahmad & Co) for the year 2026-2027 and fix their remuneration.
  • To transact any other business with the permission of the Chair.
Shareholder Notes:
The company's share transfer books will remain closed from October 21, 2026, to October 28, 2026 (both days inclusive). Shareholders interested in attending via video link must register by emailing complete information to m.ijaz@gulshan.com.pk by October 22, 2026.
