سازگار انجینئرنگ ورکس لمیٹڈ نے پاکستان اسٹاک ایکسچینج کو مطلع کیا ہے کہ کمپنی کے بورڈ آف ڈائریکٹرز کا اجلاس 26 اکتوبر 2026 کو سہ پہر 3:15 بجے لاہور میں منعقد ہو رہا ہے۔
اجلاس کا مقصد:
بورڈ 30 ستمبر 2026 کو ختم ہونے والی سہ ماہی کے مالیاتی نتائج کا جائزہ لے رہا ہے۔ اس اجلاس میں مالیاتی گوشواروں کی منظوری اور کسی بھی ممکنہ منافع (ڈیویڈنڈ) یا دیگر امور پر غور کیا جائے گا۔
اہم نوٹس:
بورڈ کے فیصلوں کا اعلان اگلے کام کے دن، مارکیٹ کھلنے سے قبل (پیر سے جمعرات صبح 9:30 بجے تک، جمعہ صبح 9:15 بجے تک) کیا جائے گا۔
