- Minutes Approval: Approval of the minutes of the Extra Ordinary General Meeting held on August 12, 2026.
- Financials: Adoption of the audited financial statements for the year ended June 30, 2026, along with Directors' and auditors' reports.
- Auditor Appointment: Appointment of A.F. Ferguson & Co. Chartered Accountants as auditors until the conclusion of the next AGM, with remuneration to be fixed by the Directors.
