پاکستان نیشنل شپنگ کارپوریشن (PNSC) نے اپنی 48 ویں سالانہ جنرل میٹنگ (AGM) میں درج ذیل اہم فیصلوں کی منظوری دی ہے:
- ڈیویڈنڈ: حصص یافتگان کے لیے 10 روپے فی شیئر (100٪) فائنل کیش ڈیویڈنڈ کی منظوری دی گئی، جو پہلے سے ادا کردہ انٹرم ڈیویڈنڈ کے علاوہ ہے۔
- آڈیٹرز: M/s Yousuf Adil Chartered Accountants اور BDO Ebrahim & Co کو 30 جون 2027 تک کے لیے جوائنٹ اسٹیچوٹری آڈیٹر دوبارہ مقرر کیا گیا ہے، جس میں 5٪ معاوضے کا اضافہ شامل ہے۔
- مالیاتی گوشوارے: 30 جون 2026 کو ختم ہونے والے سال کے لیے آڈٹ شدہ مالیاتی گوشواروں کی منظوری دی گئی۔
نوٹ: یہ ڈیویڈنڈ 21 اکتوبر 2026 تک کاروبار بند ہونے کے وقت تک رجسٹرڈ ممبران کے لیے منظور کیا گیا ہے۔

Pakistan National Shipping Corporation (PNSC) has successfully held its 48th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on October 28, 2026. The shareholders approved several key resolutions, including the final payout for the financial year.
Key Decisions
- Final Cash Dividend: Approved a final cash dividend of PKR 10.00 per share (100%), in addition to the interim dividend already paid.
- Auditor Re-appointment: M/s Yousuf Adil Chartered Accountants and BDO Ebrahim & Co were re-appointed as joint statutory auditors for the year ending June 30, 2027, with a 5% increase in remuneration.
- Financial Statements: Audited financial statements for the group for the year ended June 30, 2026, were formally approved and adopted.
Entitlement Note: The final dividend is payable to members whose names appear in the register of members at the close of business on October 21, 2026.
