- مالیاتی گوشوارے: 30 جون 2026 کو ختم ہونے والے مالی سال کے لیے آڈٹ شدہ سٹینڈ الون اور کنسولیڈیٹڈ مالیاتی گوشوارے، چیئرمین کی رپورٹ اور ڈائریکٹرز رپورٹ کی منظوری دی گئی۔
- آڈیٹرز کی تقرری: M/s BDO Ebrahim & Co., Chartered Accountants کو 30 جون 2027 تک کے لیے بطور آڈیٹرز دوبارہ مقرر کیا گیا اور ان کا معاوضہ بورڈ آف ڈائریکٹرز کے ذریعے طے کیا جائے گا۔
- متعلقہ فریقین کے ساتھ لین دین: 30 جون 2026 تک متعلقہ فریقین (Related Parties) کے ساتھ ہونے والے لین دین کی توثیق اور منظوری دی گئی۔
- بورڈ کو اختیار: بورڈ آف ڈائریکٹرز کو مالی سال 2027 کے دوران معمول کے کاروباری لین دین کی منظوری کا اختیار دیا گیا۔

- Financial Statements: Received, considered, and adopted the audited standalone and consolidated financial statements, Chairman’s review report, and Directors' reports for the year ended June 30, 2026.
- Auditors: Re-appointed M/s BDO Ebrahim & Co., Chartered Accountants, as statutory auditors for the year ending June 30, 2027.
- Related Party Transactions: Ratified and approved transactions conducted with related parties for the year ended June 30, 2026, as disclosed in note 36 of the financial statements.
- Operational Authorization: Authorized the Board of Directors to approve transactions with related parties in the ordinary course of business for the financial year ending June 30, 2027.
