اپنا مائیکرو فنانس بینک لمیٹڈ نے پاکستان اسٹاک ایکسچینج کو مطلع کیا ہے کہ کمپنی کے بورڈ آف ڈائریکٹرز کا اجلاس 28 اکتوبر 2026 کو لاہور میں منعقد ہو رہا ہے۔
اجلاس کا مقصد
اس اجلاس کا بنیادی مقصد تیسری سہ ماہی (Q3) 2026 کے مالیاتی گوشواروں اور ڈائریکٹرز کی رپورٹ کا جائزہ لینا اور ان کی منظوری دینا ہے۔ یہ دستاویزات بورڈ کی آڈٹ کمیٹی کی سفارشات کے مطابق تیار کی گئی ہیں۔

اجلاس کے فیصلوں کا باضابطہ اعلان اگلے کاروباری دن، مارکیٹ کے آغاز سے قبل کیا جائے گا۔

Meeting Purpose
The primary purpose of the meeting is to consider and approve the financial statements for the 3rd Quarter of 2026, along with the Directors' Report, as recommended by the Board's Audit Committee.
Communication of Decisions
The decisions made by the Board of Directors regarding these financial statements will be communicated to the exchange on the next working day, prior to the opening of the market.
