اجلاس کا مقصد:
بورڈ 30 ستمبر 2026 کو ختم ہونے والی سہ ماہی اور نو ماہ کی مدت کے لیے کمپنی کے غیر آڈٹ شدہ مالیاتی گوشواروں (Condensed Interim Financial Statements) کا جائزہ لے رہا ہے تاکہ کسی بھی قسم کے منافع (Entitlement) کے اعلان پر غور کیا جا سکے۔
بورڈ کے فیصلوں سے مارکیٹ کو اگلے کاروباری دن، صبح 8:00 بجے سے مارکیٹ کھلنے تک مطلع کر دیا جائے گا۔

Packages Limited (PKGS) has notified the Pakistan Stock Exchange that a meeting of its Board of Directors is currently in progress, having commenced at 14:00 on October 28, 2026.
Meeting Purpose:
The Board is reviewing the condensed interim financial statements (unaudited) of the Company for the quarter and nine-month period ended September 30, 2026, to consider potential entitlements.
The decisions made by the Board will be communicated to the Exchange on the next working day before market opening.
