K-Electric Limited (KEL) has issued a notice regarding the book closure for the 17th profit/rental payment of its KE SUKUK-6 instrument.

Key Dates:

  • Book Closure Period: November 16, 2026, to November 23, 2026 (both days inclusive).
  • Payment Due Date: November 23, 2026.

Transfer requests received at the CDC Share Registrar (CDC House, Karachi) by the close of business on Friday, November 13, 2026, will be treated as in-time to process the profit/rental payment to the transferees.

This notice is intended for the entitlement of the 17th periodic payment for the Sukuk holders.
