Artistic Denim Mills Limited (ADMM) held its 34th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on October 28, 2026. The shareholders passed the following resolutions:

• Financial Approval: Approved the audited annual financial statements for the year ended June 30, 2026, along with the Directors' and Independent Auditors' reports.
• Auditors Re-appointment: M/s Reanda Haroon Zakaria Aamir Salman Rizwan & Company, Chartered Accountants, were re-appointed as external auditors for the year ending June 30, 2027, at a remuneration of PKR 1,900,000.
• Election of Directors: The following were declared elected unopposed as Directors for a three-year term commencing November 23, 2026: Mr. Muhammad Faisal Ahmed, Mr. Muhammad Iqbal Ahmed, Ms. Zahra Faisal Ahmed, Mr. Yazdan Zia (Independent), Mr. Muneer Ahmed (Independent), Mr. Muhammad Ozair Qureshi, and Mr. Jamal Yousuf.
