بی آر آر گارڈین لمیٹڈ نے اپنی سالانہ جنرل میٹنگ (AGM) منعقد کی جس میں مندرجہ ذیل اہم فیصلوں کی منظوری دی گئی:
- مالیاتی گوشوارے: 30 جون 2026 کو ختم ہونے والے سال کے لیے آڈٹ شدہ مالیاتی گوشوارے، آڈیٹرز اور چیئرمین کی رپورٹس منظور کی گئیں۔
- آڈیٹرز: M/s Crowe Hussain Chaudhury & Co کو 30 جون 2027 تک کے لیے بیرونی آڈیٹر کے طور پر دوبارہ تعینات کیا گیا۔
- سرمایہ کاری (خصوصی قراردادیں): کمپنی نے درج ذیل اہم سرمایہ کاری کی منظوری دی ہے:
- داؤد فیملی تکافل لمیٹڈ (وابستہ کمپنی) کے رائٹ شیئرز میں 250 ملین روپے تک کی سرمایہ کاری۔
