دی سئیرل کمپنی لمیٹڈ نے پاکستان اسٹاک ایکسچینج کو مطلع کیا ہے کہ کمپنی نے مالی سال 2026 کے لیے 1 روپیہ فی شیئر (10٪) کا فائنل کیش ڈیویڈنڈ شیئر ہولڈرز کے نامزد بینک اکاؤنٹس میں الیکٹرانک طریقے سے منتقل کر دیا ہے۔
کمپنی نے واضح کیا ہے کہ جن شیئر ہولڈرز نے تاحال اپنے درست CNIC اور IBAN فراہم نہیں کیے، ان کا ڈیویڈنڈ قانون کے مطابق روک لیا گیا ہے۔
The Searle Company Limited has announced that the final cash dividend of PKR 1/- per share (10%) for the financial year ended June 30, 2026, has been electronically credited into the designated bank accounts of the shareholders.
The company noted that in compliance with the Companies Act, 2017 and relevant regulations, dividend payments for shareholders who have not provided their valid CNIC and IBAN details have been withheld.
