- یہ تقرری محترمہ رخسانہ سلیم کی جگہ پر کی گئی ہے اور یہ 29 اکتوبر 2026 سے نافذ العمل ہے۔
یہ تقرری سیکیورٹیز اینڈ ایکسچینج کمیشن آف پاکستان (SECP) کی انشورنس کمپنیز ریگولیشنز 2012 کے تحت منظوری سے مشروط ہے۔

Premier Insurance Limited has formally announced that the Board of Directors, in their meeting held on October 29, 2026, has approved the following management change:
- Appointment: Ms. Laila Bhatia Bawany has been appointed as an Independent Director.
- Replacement: She replaces Ms. Rukhsana Saleem.
- Effective Date: October 29, 2026.
The appointment is subject to the necessary regulatory approvals from the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) as per the Insurance Companies (Sound and Prudent Management) Regulations, 2012.
