  • Adoption of Audited Financial Statements for the year ended June 30, 2026.
  • Approval for availing funded/unfunded facilities from holding company, Mughal Iron & Steel Industries Limited.
  • Alteration of Memorandum and Articles of Association to increase the Authorized Capital.
