The Organic Meat Company Limited (TOMCL) has announced that the meeting of its Board of Directors held on September 30, 2026, has been adjourned. The meeting will now reconvene on Saturday, October 3, 2026, at 10:30 a.m.
In accordance with Clause 5.6.4 of the PSX Regulations, the Closed Period will remain in effect from October 1, 2026, to October 3, 2026 (both days inclusive). During this period, no Director, CEO, or Executive of the company is permitted to deal in the company's shares, directly or indirectly.
