AGM and Closure Details
- New Date & Time: The AGM will now be held on October 28, 2026, at 10:00 a.m.
- Venue: Registered Office of the Company, Auditorium of the Exchange Plaza, 19-Khayaban-e-Aiwan-e-Iqbal, Lahore.
- Close Period: Share Transfer Books will be closed from October 21, 2026, to October 28, 2026 (inclusive).
- Eligibility: Transfers received at the office of the Share Registrar (M/s. F.D. Registrar Services (Pvt.) Limited) by the close of business on October 20, 2026, will be considered for entitlement to attend the AGM.
