اسکری بینک لمیٹڈ (Askari Bank Limited) نے اطلاع دی ہے کہ بینک کے بورڈ آف ڈائریکٹرز کا اجلاس 22 اکتوبر 2026 کو صبح 10:30 بجے اسلام آباد میں منعقد ہوگا۔
اجلاس کا بنیادی مقصد 30 ستمبر 2026 کو ختم ہونے والی سہ ماہی کے لیے مالیاتی گوشواروں کا جائزہ لینا اور کسی بھی ممکنہ منافع (Entitlement) کا اعلان کرنا ہے۔

بینک نے 15 اکتوبر 2026 سے 22 اکتوبر 2026 تک 'کلوزڈ پیریڈ' کا اعلان کیا ہے۔ اس دوران کوئی بھی ڈائریکٹر، سی ای او یا ایگزیکٹو بینک کے شیئرز کی خرید و فروخت کا مجاز نہیں ہوگا۔

Askari Bank Limited has announced that a meeting of its Board of Directors will be held on October 22, 2026, at 10:30 am in Islamabad.
The purpose of the meeting is to consider the quarterly financial accounts for the period ended September 30, 2026, and to discuss the declaration of any entitlements.

Closed Period: The Bank has declared a 'Closed Period' from October 15, 2026, to October 22, 2026. During this time, all Directors, the CEO, and Executives are prohibited from dealing in the shares of the Bank in any manner, in compliance with PSX Regulation 5.6.4.
